Plans and billing questions

• What's included in each plan?

  Every plan makes product photos, promo clips, and voiceovers, and sizes images for each marketplace. The Free plan needs no card and gives you 5 product photos a month (watermarked), one promo clip, and 2 voiceovers. The paid plans — Plus at $24 a month, Pro at $39 a month, Studio at $79 a month, with yearly billing about two months cheaper — add more product photos, no watermark, and a commercial licence. Their monthly video allowances are Plus 15s (about 3 clips), Pro 25s (about 5 clips), Studio 60s (about 12 clips).

• What happens if I reach my allowance?

  A plan's monthly allowance covers the product photos, clips, and voiceovers in that plan. If you run out, the studio tells you so and what the next step is, and nothing is ever charged silently.

• Do I pay per image or per credit?

  Viszy is sold as a monthly plan with a clear number of product photos and clips, not a fee per picture or a pile of credits. The Free plan lets you try it on your own products before paying anything.

• Is there a free option?

  Yes. The Free plan costs nothing and needs no card: 5 watermarked product photos a month, one promo clip, and 2 voiceovers. The pricing page lists what each plan adds on top.

• Can I change or cancel a paid plan?

  Yes, both from your account. Changing plan or billing period charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and you keep the plan until the period you paid for ends.

• Do you offer refunds?

  Yes. Cancel within 14 days of your first subscription and everything you paid is refunded in full, straight away. After that, cancelling stops the next renewal and the current period is not refunded in part. The Refund Policy has the details.
