Overview

This policy is part of the Viszy Terms of Service and sets out what you may not do with Viszy. Breaking it is a breach of the Terms.

Prohibited Uses

Illegal Activities

• Generate content that breaks any law that applies to you or to us
• Use the service to facilitate fraud or other crime

Harmful Content

• Violent, graphic, or disturbing imagery
• Content that promotes hate or discrimination
• Sexually explicit material, or any sexual content involving minors
• Content that depicts or encourages self-harm or suicide

Rights of Others

• Upload images or material you do not have the right to use
• Create images that infringe copyrights, trademarks, or other rights
• Generate content featuring real people without their consent
• Replicate protected artistic works, characters or brands

Deceptive Use

• Misleading product images that misrepresent what a buyer will receive
• Fake news, propaganda, or misinformation
• Content for scams or phishing
• Deepfakes or manipulated images of real people

Technical Abuse

• Reverse engineer, scrape or copy our models or the service, except where the law allows
• Use automated tools, or share accounts, to get around usage limits
• Overload our systems or test their security without our written permission
• Resell or provide the service to others without our agreement

Marketplace Rules

You are responsible for making sure your outputs meet the rules of each marketplace or platform you use, including any rule to label AI-generated content.

Usage Limits

We set usage limits and fair-use limits for each plan, and may change them. We may throttle or stop requests that exceed them or look abusive.

Enforcement

We may monitor use of the service, including prompts and outputs, to enforce this policy. If we reasonably believe this policy has been broken, we may, at our discretion and without notice, block or remove content, limit features, suspend or close accounts, and report matters to the authorities. How we respond depends on the seriousness of the breach. You can contact us if you believe we have made a mistake.

Reporting Violations

Report inappropriate content or behaviour to policy@viszy.ai, with enough detail for us to find it.

We may update this policy. We post the new version here with a new date.
