Who sells Viszy plans
Viszy's paid plans (Plus, Pro, and Studio) are sold by Sylphx Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 16438428). Registered office: 128 City Road, London EC1V 2NX. Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices include VAT.
How a plan renews
A paid plan renews automatically at the end of each month or year until you cancel. The date of the next renewal is shown in your account. The Terms of Service explain how we may change prices.
Cancelling
You cancel in your account (Account, Subscription). There is no cancellation fee.
- Within 14 days of your first subscription, cancelling ends the plan at once and refunds everything you paid for it, in full, whether or not you have used the plan. This covers your statutory right to cancel under UK consumer law.
- After those 14 days, cancelling stops the next renewal. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have paid for, and that period is not refunded in part.
- The 14-day full refund applies to your first paid subscription. A later subscription after you cancelled one is cancelled at the end of its period.
Until the end of a period you can undo a cancellation in your account.
Changing plan
You can move between Plus, Pro, and Studio, or between monthly and yearly billing, from your account. Stripe charges or credits the difference for the rest of the period.
Failed payments
If a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries it over the following days. You keep the plan while the payment is retried; if it cannot be collected, the plan ends and the account returns to the Free plan. Nothing you made is deleted.
Refunds
Apart from the cases above and your statutory rights, payments are non-refundable. A refund goes back to the card or payment method you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.

Your records
We keep a record of each payment and refund for as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after you delete your account; the link to your account is removed when the account is deleted.
